Something not working, or have an idea? Email neko.dashboard@gmail.com. In the extension, Settings → About → Report a problem starts the email for you with the version filled in.

Please don't send grades or other private details unless they're needed to explain the problem.

Common fixes

• "Log in to Canvas": sign in to your school's Canvas in a normal tab, then come back. The dashboard refreshes on its own.
• Nothing loads after setup: make sure you chose Allow when Chrome asked about your Canvas site. To check, open Chrome's extension settings → Neko → Site access.
• Wrong school: Settings → General → School → Change school.
• A grade looks wrong: grades are estimates. Open the class on the Grades page → Setup to check the grading scale and credits, and compare with Canvas.
• Syllabus dates are off: open the class → Syllabus dates → Edit dates and class times.
